The German coalition government has fractured. If, as is highly likely, Chancellor Scholz loses the vote of confidence in January, then a general election will be held in March. The salient point is not who will win, but that no matter who wins, the German economy, meaning the E.U. economy, has been gutted by the high energy costs resulting from the Nord Stream destruction.
That is why the coalition has collapsed and nothing that anyone can do now will avoid an economic collapse.
More and more businesses will relocate to the U.S. and, despite the US$36 TRILLION debt, the U.S. economy is heading for a bright future.
If Trump really does employ Elon Musk (aided by Ron Paul) to reduce government expenditure by 2 trillion, then that must also mean a substantial reduction in the number of industry-crippling regulations.
Yes, the US$ has been terminally weakened by decades of profligate spending, but no, it is unlikely to collapse in the short term.
The point is that while the US$ is weak, it is a mountain of strength compared to every other currency in the world.
China’s Renminbi is a case in point, as is the Japanese Yen. There are BIG problems brewing in the world economy, but don’t stare at the television waiting for them to tell you about it. Their job is news, not predictions. Your job is prediction, so that you don’t become a part of the news.
